At the Officer's Mess, choose what tactics your armies intend to use.   Due to the requirement for spreading out the officers and NCOs of the battle to efficiently pull off the tactic, the number of tactics each army can use per battle is limited by experience. Green, Regular and Seasoned Troops can use one. Veterans and Elites can use two. Super-Elites can use three. Tactics only add the victory point bonus from the highest value of tactic used.
