Tiamat's holy book is known as the Rainbow Codex and is traditionally written on human skin bound with the hide of chromatic dragonborn. It preaches draconic supremacy and an inescapable hierarchy of beings.

Tenets of Faith
While there are literally millions of rules and tenets laid down in the faith, the tenets boil down to promoting the agenda of Tiamat and propping up your betters while enforcing compliance in those beneath you. There are also admonitions for collecting wealth while remembering one's tithes to the Scaled Tyrant.
There are also thousands of torture techniques explored within the pages of the Rainbow Codex for the purposes of enforcing compliance.
Holidays
On Newinter 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, five stars appear in the sky corresponding to the colors of each of her heads. They are bright, but disappear at dawn on the 15th. This is known within Ionism as the "Gazes of Tiamat." This is accompanied by celebration and sacrifice by the priests of Tiamat. It is said that any Tiamite that neglects to tithe 10% of their wealth over these five days will find the true meaning of regret in her realm, while those that never fail to contribute will be rewarded in this life and the next.

Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Tiamat is a unique chromatic dragon, who has one head for each primary color of the most common species of chromatics (black, blue, green, red, white). Each head is able to operate entirely independently of each other and has the powers of a member of the respective race of dragonkind. Her body also has traits in common with a wyvern, including a long tail tipped with a poisonous stinger.
She also has three main avatars. The Dark Lady is an exotic human or elf female with long dark hair and completely black eyes. She always wears dark robes and frequently has a seductive smile on her face.
The Chromatic Dragon is a dragon with stubby legs and five heads that can be any combination of head belonging to a chromatic dragon, the skin of each merged into three stripes -- blue-green, gray and purple before they merged again into brown skin that covers her tail.
The Undying Queen is a dracolich version of The Chromatic Dragon.
