I'm sure one of those astrology types, or some wizard or another, has done the math and can tell you exactly where and on what night the next Conjunction can be viewed. For those folks, and many others it is something to be exploited. Certain spells work better, after all. Something about waves or magical resonance, circumstance, blah blah blah.
Those dusty acedemics dont understand the true significance of natures beauty unveiled. The simple magic of an event so beautiful painters would sell their soul to be able to capture the moment on canvas and bards would take a vow of silence to capture it in a song.
As the Darkening Moon passes between the Fae and the Ethereal moons a magical aurora dances ribbons of light cross the sky. Veils between worlds become translucent, and events in other planes are played out in the dancing of the stars. All of nature seems to pause, holding its breath in deference to the spectacle happening in the sky before, as the air becomes infused with the fiery spirit of adventure and the enigmatic allure of the arcane.
Oh, friends, for those not willing to travle such and event should be cherished as a gift from the cosmos. A reminder of the wonders mystery that our world has to offer for those willing to but look a little. Cherish this event my firend, for it shall not grace the skies of this land again in your lifetime. Take it as inspiration, lucky are we that we could share this moment with good friends and better food. Celebrate that we are whole and able to see this cosmic wonder. Should you want to see its like again then venture forth with courage, for the world is vast and beautiful.
