Over six hundred years ago, the continent of Komara was split into two. The two parts now divided by a treacherous sea full of dangerous cliffs, there's been very little contact. Those on the northern island, Komori, are thought to be demonic, banished by the Gods of those living on in the southern new continent. The Mellaran Empire rules in apparent security, and the smaller kingdoms appear only in stories. While most are content and relieved to be separate from Komori, some, longing for adventure, dream of crossing the waves and discover what was lost.
