Combat Efficiency
We are playing a game with maybe 7 people. Past 4 or 5 combat times tend to increase exponentially, and that leads to the one thing that I don't want: bored players. Here are a few things that I have thought of, these are the most subject to change rulings that will occur in the entire game likely, so if something here really isn't working for you please just let me know.
If you know what you are going to do on your turn, pre-roll your dice. If its very low or a natural one you can quickly narrate a swing-and-a-miss. If its a hit GREAT and we already know how much damage and of what type it deals. This might not seem huge but it will save a ton of time.
Limited Questioning. This one might seem a little harsh but keep in mind a turn is 6 seconds. I am going to impose a limit of 3 questions before you have to act. I plan to be fairly lax with this at first, I want you guys to be making informed decisions, but realistically informed decisions. Look at the battle-map before your turn.
Plan Ahead. If you know its going to be your turn next, try and figure out what you want to do before I call on you.
