Fellan

Maybe the last quiet place on earth. Set in the highlands north of the Crescent city, there are not too many people that would call Fellan anything other than home. A rural community set off of main trading paths but still close enough to the Crescent to do business, Fellan enjoys many of the luxuries that come with living in a city, without all of the downsides that come with living in a city.
