Spellcasting in Konglardia

Spellcasting is different in Konglardia. 
Casters can now make spell checks instead of casting spells with spell slots. The DC for this spell check is 10+ the level of the spell + 2 if the spell is above third level. Spells of 7th level and above can not be cast in this way. A spell check consists of 1d20 + your spellcasting modifier + your proficiency. 
On a failure, you will experience a spell rebound based on the school of magic and the level of the spell.
