Loyalty to Deia

Before joining the IDM, potential recruits must first undergo extensive background checks. Secondly, the recruits must undergo a magical scrying which is headed by the local director of each branch. The magical scrying includes opening their minds to the director so he may sense their true intentions. If the recruit bears any ill will against Deia or its citizens, it will be revealed. The recruit must also show a dedication for protecting Deia.
