20. The Valiant card

The 20th card of the The Airman's Tarot: A Compleat Guide by O. Semple. This is the first card of the Third Vessel. 
Airward Interpretations: Power, Strength, Courage, Surprising Success
Earthward Interpretations: Weakness, Resiliency, Heroic Gamble
Airward refers to a card placed rightside up. Its top is "to the Air." Earthward refers to a card place upside down. Its top is "to the Earth."
Special Notes: considered a "Beast card" because most decks depict the Page as a cat or dog. Also considered a "Class card" because it is invariably a martial class.
