Death Cards

Death cards are a tool that both individuals and organizations use as a sinister communication device.
The common use is that after killing a foe, one is to place one of these macabre cards atop the corpse. The intention is to communicate openly who has done the killing, although some death cards ominously keep the killer's identity hidden.
When used properly, by the most clever of 'dealers', these cards are used as an effective weapon in psychological warfare.
