Tar-Tel-Quazzir ((TAR-TELL-QWAH-ZEER))

The Tar-Tel-Quazzir (THE ELDER ELVES) was a race of elves who were the ancient adversaries of the DREIGNOR.

According to dwarven records, these elves stole advanced DREIGNOR technology and fled to the darkest, most inhospitable forests to study its secrets.

Some elves still claim that they share the same ancestry.

There is evidence that the Elder Elves were subjugated by the [Dreignor] who used their sharpened minds to create sentient computer interfaces. Reportedly, these took the shape of mummified Elvish heads!
