The 21st Legion

The 21st Legion, affectionately nicknamed "The Terrible 21st" is one of three legions responsible for the defense of Waterdeep. It's a private army used to protect the city, along with expansionist efforts to spread the influence of the powerful aristocratic class.
It consists of the following five battalions:
3rd Expeditionary Force
17th Arcanic Rose Force
Central Provisionary Force
Eternal Order of Heavy Infantry
The 13th Companion Cavalry
Highly regarded for their military achievements, the 21st Legion is often referred to as the model of structure, cleverness, courage, and resourcefulness.
