Twin Crowns

An empire on the Third Strand of the World of Ba'Sal . This is ruled by the mysterious Twin Crown Empresses.  It's symbol is a two different crowns, one heavy and one thin and light, resting on the silohuette of a woman with two faces, one facing right and one facing left.
