World of Hurt

The World of Hurt is a cautionary tale. Long ago, an Empire pushed magical knowledge too far, and caused devastation and death. It is only a thousand years later that human beings are populous enough to build cities again. These City-States are grim places, each run by a puppet government in service of a Corporation, one for each city.
