Eisabin

Certain towns and cities in the Calpian Empire, even some ruled by an Utepavir, are led in the day-to-day functions of government by an Eisabin. The title simply means "leader."

This title should in no way be confused with the title of Eisabinus Catbalus, a much more significant title belonging to the leader of the Catbalus of Calpi.
