Immu

The Immu is the leader of the Maisign people. Technically, the title applies only to the town of Wid, but since Wid is the cultural center of the entire ethnicity, the Immu is the de facto ruler of the whole people.

Requirements

Must have been elected by their clan to sit on the Juplamu of Wid.

Appointment

Members of the Juplamu elect the Immu from their ranks.

Duties

Defend the Maisign people in general, and Wid in particular.

Accoutrements & Equipment

A heavy chain of office made of gold, featuring a golden disc medallion 3 inches in diameter and engraved with the dragon emblem of the Juplamu of Wid.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The Immu can be removed if eight ninths of the Juplamu vote in favor of recall.
