Ocdencami

Ocdencami is built on the ruins of Tr̈od, the Citadel of the Greatwyrm Raqeq. In fact, the city's name means, "dragon fort."

Government

Since it is the capital of Remeer Tibi, Ocdencami is ruled directly by the Rame.

Defences

The outer walls are the old walls of Raqeq's citadel. Higher up and within the city, newer walls have been constructed as a second line of defense.

Infrastructure

Ocdencami features wide streets paved with gleaming white stones taken from the rubble of the citadel of Raqeq. Drainage is not well managed, and some parts of town tend to flood, as a result. Waste removal is handled by work gangs pressed into service from the lower classes.
