The Wise Women of Na
Within orcish and minarg societies, certain women are selected for their intellect and curiousity. These women are trained for several years, then they are inducted into the Wise Women of Na, the church dedicated to Na the Wise Grandsire.
Structure
The Wise Women of Na have no formal structure. Each woman is equal to every other woman, once they are inducted. When they meet, every woman speaks once, then has the opportunity for rebuttal once. When all have spoken and those who wish to offer rebuttal have done so, the women vote and the result is binding.
