Ritilia cuts off access to Suisbium, isolating it from all other regions.

During the Seven Quiet Years, Ritilia had carefully positioned and fortified its forces. In 1333 LE, they swiftly acted, capturing Gan and Dege. An accord struck with the Frie of Hasschtau ensured that Suisbium could not be accessed from the north. The effect of this set of actions was a six year period in which Suisbium's economy and people slowly starved.
