Ivr̂ai Fealty

Political event

1236LE
2/1

The elders of the Ivr̂ai Council, understanding the sheer military and political might the Catbalus of Calpi had at its disposal, elected to preserve their people to the extent possible. In the year 1236 LE, they sent a delegation to Calpi to negotiate with the Catbalus. The result was a document in which the Ivr̂ai Council swore in perpetuity to show allegiance to the Catbalus and, in return, they would be left to govern their own affairs.
