Fyshie-folk

Fyshie-folk are the mirrored version of the Fyshie.  Fyshie-folk are big sturdy creatures there bones are heavy allowed them to walk easly on the ocean floor, but because of this  they can not go on land. there so heavy that on land they would not be able to move.

Red blood: Can cast magic 
Lowlight vison 
Near sighted: -3 on perception on things 30 feet away or more
Swim speed of 30 
Stability: Fyshie-folk gain a +4 racial bonus to their Combat Maneuver Defense when resisting a bull rush or trip attempt while standing on the ground.
Slowed heart: Fyshie-folk need to eat and sleep half as much as other races.
