OSHA Violation Ticket
"OSHA VIOLATION OF CODE 6.D.1.D. - IMPROPER USE OF A FIRE-BASED MAGIC, SPECIFICALLY A FIREBALL IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF ALLIES"
The OSHA Violation Ticket is a mysterious as magical document that manifests itself in the possession of whomever has violated the Occupational Spellcasters and Harbingers Administration guidelines. An OSHA Violation most commonly occurs when one who possesses the ability of spellcasting commits one of the common, and easily avoidable mistakes of magic. Violations can include but are not limited to:
Casting of a Fireball spell within the vicinity of allies
Casting of a Fireball spell in an enclosed space or a thin hallway.
Improper use of fire-based magic in a highly flammable environment.
Failing to warn allies of an area in which a spell is cast (I.E. Failing to warn allies of a Prismatic Wall).
Failure to dispel a magical trap before it harms/maims/kills an ally.
Failure to use PPE (Personal Protective Enchantments) when handling a cursed item.
Spellcasting in a public space that was in no danger or had no threat present requiring escalation. (I.E. the casting of a thunderclap or a stinking cloud in a Theater for dramatic effect)
Failure to adhere to appropriate sacrifice procedures, including management of biological waste.
The less common act that can also incur a Violation Ticket, is the violation of the Right of Copy. This has to do with individuals utilizing information, naming conventions, song lyrics, quotes, and more that are not native to Korrisia and have no historical standing.

- An Adventuring Party Member who identifies as a Warforged seeks truth and justice, and has thus decided to start calling themselves Robocop.
- A Lore Bard who has just completed a Revivify spell has felt it appropriate to break out into song using the lyrics "Livin' on a Prayer"
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to help educate novice spellcasters on the safe practice of casting spells with the proper intent of in the words of an unnamed OSHA Wizard "further propelling the party to victory, not ending their sordid tale by going...quite literally...down in flames."
The alternative violation is one who has broken the Right of Copy, which is an OSHA Policy forbidding the use of materials not native to Korrisia.

Author's Notes
Note: This is a satirical event that occurs in Korrisia's ongoing Dungeons & Dragons Campaign. At the request of the party they wished it to become canon. What began as a playful joke one campaign ago slowly transformed into a beloved and comedic part of Korrisian history. The OSHA represented here in this article has nothing to do with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration that is part of the United States Department of Labor.
