Tiamat
Queen of Evil Dragonkind (a.k.a. The Dragon Queen; Bahamut's Bane; The Undying Queen)
Tiamat is the Lawful Evil goddess of greed, trickery, and the patron deity of all chromatic dragons. She is as unique as she is evil, a dragon with five heads, each representative of the five chromatic colors of dragon. It is said that each head is able to operate independent of one another, and has the abilities and powers of each dragon kin it represents.
It is said that when Tiamat appears to her worshipers, she has three primary forms in which she takes: The Dark Lady, The Chromatic Dragon, and Azharul. It is most common for worshipers to speak to Tiamat's manifestation as a statue, or even a burning image of her face(s) in a flame. It is unknown how much contact the Dragon Queen has with her dragon-kin, but most if not all chromatic dragons revere and fear Tiamat at the same time. Tiamat is most well-known for being called the Dragon Queen, and she self-identifies as the mother of all Chromatic Dragons. Most believe that Tiamat is not the true "mother" of all Chromatic dragons, but it is said that she has had several children, most of which end up becoming her Chosen for any given period of time.
Tiamat's antithesis is her brother, Bahamut, the Dragon God of all Metallic Dragons. Their eternal rivalry has led to numerous cataclysmic battles that has left many planes shattered and destroyed. In almost all written history, Tiamat sits as a prisoner in Avernus, the first layer of the Nine Hells. It is said that around the years 200 AOH, Tiamat was summoned and nearly released upon the Material Plane, but the plot was thwarted by an unknown group of adventurers.
Personality
Tiamat was arrogant, greedy, hateful, spiteful and vain. She never forgave any kind of slight and was focused in obtaining more power and wealth. She disdained mortals, regarding them as mere disposable tools in her schemes. When needed, she was charming and fey, but her self-serving and reptilian personality betrayed her sooner or later. Tiamat enjoyed the company of male dragons, and had many great wyrm consorts of the chromatic varieties. She had an insatiable greed for treasures, but preferred that her followers brought it to her in the form of gifts instead of searching for riches on her ownDivine Domains

Tenets of Faith
The church of Tiamat was regimented by a strict hierarchy of ranks and titles. Her clerics were occupied by the twin tasks of acquiring an ever-increasing hoard of wealth for the faith and sabotaging the faiths of other deities. As a result, they occupied most of their time with an unending series of thefts, assassinations, acts of vandalism, and arson. In Calemdar & Waterdeep, the church is focused on gathering as much power as possible, while in other continents the church works in every way to subvert the Cult of the Dragon.
Physical Description
Special abilities
As a unique type of chromatic dragon with the traits of the five most common chromatic varieties, Tiamat was a foe to be reckoned with in battle.
Along with all the standard powers and godly senses of a deity of her rank, those who saw her fight claimed that her heads were able to cooperate in battle, and that those heads had the ability to use the breath weapons and spell-like abilities common to their species. Although her sheer size prevented claw and kick attacks while on the ground, she was adept of its use while flying. She also had a stinger on her tail that injected a powerful venom on her foes, killing them in agonizing pain
