History

At the times that the World Trade Acotiation flurished the souther cities slowly developed the political stance that the given trade situation was not o their advatage. The goverments of the cities came togother and formed the Southern Cities Independent Union which acted mostly as a comite that organised the setlement. In these times of riches all of the cities contributed great assets to the atemt with a result of a realy huge convoi of ships being created. Even the local populations saw that as an oportunity for promished ritches and joined the colonialization. After the setlement took place the leaders of the comitie remained there and discretely took the political control of the city acting as intermediates with the mother cities. However their advantageus post gave them the power to take independant decisions and thereforethe Port of Keel became an completely independant City.
