Experiment Log

A neat, handwritten logbook filled with dated entries starting around ten years ago. It seems to be a record of hundreds of magical experiments using differing ratios of material components. It also keeps a running tally of crafted dolls in various sizes.
The components include ash, clay, mercury, powdered gemstones, and rare roots and herbs, as well as differing quantities of humanoid hair, blood, and flesh.
Six years ago the experiments stop, as the supply of flesh and blood ran out when the prisoners died of starvation. The dolls continued to be built until the materials were expended. There are daily entries until today's date that report no findings due to expended resources.
