Gremlin

Cultural stereotypes involve not getting them wet or allowing them food late at night.
Goblinoids that have been effectively cultivated and selectively bred by Gnomes. A knack for tinkering, explosives, and fire make these creatures incredibly inventive, but equally dangerous. Many Gremlins explosions have led to many great discoveries, but at great cost to those who tinkered with sheer abandon.
While often found in the company of the "maddest" of Gnomes  scientists and inventors, some gremlins have found their way out into the world on their own. Causing some great catastrophes and unique alchemical solutions that may never be replicated.
