Dwarven Fullplate, {Helm}

Dwarves seldomly meddle in the things of magic, though the Dwarfs of the Clan Iceheart are renowned for their unique philosophies and way of life. They are a clan dedicated to understanding and harnessing magic, so that they can better serve the other Dwarfs by it. One of their greatest accomplishments was the creation of Enhanced Dwarven Plate.
Dwarves, expert craftsmen within their own rights were well off with the armor that they previously had, but these Clansmen sought a way to alleviate the discomforts caused by the elements. Sets of armor were taken and crafted, specially made for each wearer. Magically bound to the wearer by these Dwarfs, they were designed to be form fitting, and comfortable enough to be worn for extensive periods of time without causing any relative discomfort. With magic and technology the armor crafted stood out. They would heat slightly when immobile, and the individual it was bound to could summon through a ritual whenever needed.
Yet the greatest of these was the Helm which was crafted for it. When the visor of the helm is pulled down it puts the wearer into a temporary trance, charged spells flooding the minds of the wearer. Rest. Pain is revealed, vanishing as the wearer begins losing consciousness, falling into the twilight between sleep and being awake. The second spell follows the last simple command of the wearer, suggesting the same order back. Wearing this armor allows the person to half sleep, and move at the same time, walking, waiting, or holding something without taking the efforts of the user.
The effects of the rest, however, has many flaws. While bright lights, loud noises, and pain awakens the wearer, only the most perceptive can see through illusions, spotting reality between the dreams that flash before their eyes. The rest itself is somewhat ineffective, for short and long rests must be doubled to gain their effects.
