The city is structured in a seven stage fountain, directly from a mountain. The lowest circles have small plain houses, and the upper you go, the fancier are the houses, going from mansions to palaces.
Geography
It is an entire mountain artificially reshaped into a fountain, fresh water and pine trees, in the middle of the Rakri plains. The fog around the city show a pale crimson red tint.
