Hakiyah

Who is Hakiyah:

Hakiyah is known as the goddess of truth. She was one of the eight Great Gods of the Land of Fate and preached the value of honesty and calm examination of the truth. When she appeared as a human, she wore the garb of a city-dweller and guided those around her with the calm voice of reason. Like other Zakharan gods, she was above such concerns as alignment, as truth may be used by a judge to right the wronged or by an evil schemer to bring down his enemies. Hakiyah's worshipers valued meditation and methodical, rationalized actions.

Her position on the war: 

Although her dragon is still alive the rebellion hasn't touched her lands, people have come to believe it is due to her stance on alignment, and they will be able to use her in some way. Apart from that those in her lands seem to ignore the war going on around them. Some have found themselves running to her kingdom trying to find a safe place to hide, though others are put of by this seeing as her kingdom is next to Lolths.
