Dragonsteel

Properties

A dense and heavy metal, Dragonsteel is dark of color and can only be mined or worked with Adamantium tools and even then only through significant effort. Difficult to mar with anything but the most intense of forces, when polished to a mirror-smooth finish, Dragonsteel also seems to exhibit an innate anti-magic property.

Origin

Not much is known about Dragonsteel, the only mine of the material having been lost to the fall of Forgehammer mere months after it’s discovery. The dwarves reported that it was not discovered in natural veins like other minerals, but was of a single, crystalline structure kilometers wide, hundreds of meters tall, and three meters thick.
Forgehammer was only able to mine approximately 10 tons of the metal before mining was halted indefinitely by the impending doom that befell the dwarves. On record, less than 3 tonsragonsteel was ever released to other nations.
