After the Draconic Titanomachy and the resulting execution of Rhea, the Dragon Houses created a device of massive power to imprison the Time Dragon Kronos inside a small planet in a remote system.

Judgement took thirteen hundred years to create, combining the best of Draconic magic, Dwarven metalurgy, Gnomish artificery, Orcish construction, and Dragonborn strength culminating in an artifact so powerful it could nullify and imprison even a Dragon Titan and conceal it from an entire galaxy for milennia.

Part artifact, part trial and sentence written into the laws of the universe, Judgement was designed and built to imprison Kronos The Time Dragon and contain his entirety forever. The only lingering remnant of the Titan's existence was the lone name of the small, unimportant star system that was home to his prison: @Kronos.
