The Mayor of Excabridge, since the passing of his mother in the year 100. He has been Mayor since he was 24, and has gained a likeable but sensible reputation in that time. The general public seemingly have no problem with his rule, and he often responds to protests or concerns otherwise raised by his people. He lives and works in the town hall, which is a modern building with a reception area and meeting room, as well as his personal office.
He is friendly and always looks for the support and criticisms of his people. He will not tolerate crime, and will use his guards to break up any violent protests or riots. However, he has more liberal views than Fantina. His stance on racism is that it is inevitable but the combat of it should continue to normalise integration. However, he rarely acts on his beliefs and relies on the Rayures Clan to rally his ideals, even if they can sometimes cause a bit of chaos due to their polarising opinions. Despite the trouble he has with the Rayures Clan overall, he is good friends with Surette and Frise, the admins, and his cousin, Lucian, is also a pivotal member of the Clan. He once had a similar relationship with Balafre, but since he opted for a less public role in running the clan they have drifted apart, and there may be some tension between them?
He is rather wealthy, but is determined to put his assets into developing Excabridge as well as other settlements if their leaders require his assistance. He hosts a regular meeting with all leaders of each settlement (not surprisingly, before this time he hires a lot more guards), and they share opinions and insights in the development of the entire region. All public jobs go through him, he is very active in hiring applicants and often conducts interviews himself. Until 110, he had a large focus on mining in the quarry, but environmental activists pointed out the destabilisation of the plains caused by mining, and then he undertook an evaluation and found the mountain and quarry had reached the point where it was too dangerous to mine further, so he only hires miners to be part of a backup team to mine in designated areas when the demand of stone rises. He allowed the party to begin mining again due to an increased demand, and the depletion of stocks, after the refurbishment of the temple.
