Blue Dragon Highlord
Not much is known about the Blue Dragon Highlord, other than that she is brutal, cunning and promiscuous (Alphy did ask bards for info on this one, oops). The party has not yet directly interacted with her, only her army. She goes by the Blue Lady.
The party first encountered the Blue Lady in Tarsis, where her army attacked them and levelled buildings, taking over the city. Alphy had ventured up a building to view the chaos, where he saw her also standing on a building a few down from him - he ended up immediately leaving, as she was giving off the impression she would not be looking for a friendly chat. Her takeover would continue and the party would flee the city, heading to Icereach.
The party would encounter her again at the High Cleric's tower, where they would fight her army. Alphy would use the Dragonorb to capture several of her dragons, allowing the Knights of Solamnia to slay them. The party, knights and forces of Yaris the high cleric would defeat her army with relatively low casualties. The army retreated, without a face to face confrontation with the Blue Lady.
The party would return to Palanthas, where they would end up hearing about their feats from bards. Alphy would go to the Guildmaster of the Bard College of the city and would ask about the Highlord. He was told that she was brutal, cunning, powerful and promiscuous.
A week or so after, the party would leave Chronolilly to look after their inn they were creating - Alphy would give all bards who spread good reviews about the inn (when it opened) a 5% discount on drinks. He would extend this offer to members of the Blue Dragon Army, including the Blue Lady, to, "Drink away their losses", however he purely stated this in person at the Inn to the staff, so there is hardly any chance they would be aware. And he was mostly joking. Mostly.
