The party travels in a large ship for a month, where they assist the crew in braving Krynn's ocean. They are heading to Abanasinia, where we will begin our search. Alphy begins acting strange, and it's revealed he has the ability to summon a monstrous spirit - a small chimera. He attempts to tame the creature as we travel alongside with assisting the crew.
  On the way, we stop by a floating pirate city where we run errands and give the crew a well deserved holiday. Alphy takes this time to learn from a seasoned Beast Master (Penguin) Ranger about familiars and how they work.
  Additionally, Alphy and Ahri become local legends due to hunting monsters across the ship. They end up discovering a patch of forest on the ship where the monsters are coming from - a dryad is here and in poor health, requesting help. Ahri agrees and we find a strange structure under the dirt (with only one party member getting mauled by an owl bear). The party manages to drill down where they find a devil trapped. His aura is destroying the nature patch.
  Alphy immediately freaks and refuses to partake in conversations with the devil, however the rest of the party ignore him. Ahri ends up striking a deal with him - a part of her soul for the freedom of the devil and therfore the freedom of the dryad. The devil agrees, is freed and leaves. Once this is done, the party returns to the crew and they set sail again.
  Was leaving a devil roaming in a pirate city he could easily take over a good idea? No. Has it come back to bite us? Not yet!
