Tomacco

Tomacco is a produce made by Homer by accidentally mixing tobacco seeds and tomato seeds and then using plutonium rods to help the plants grow by putting it in the ground near the plants. A tobacco company bought it, as it seemed to be legal, but Lisa did not approve because it killed consumers.

History

When Homer Simpson was selling it, all the animals ate it and became addicted to it. They became violent, and would do anything to get it. Everyone hates the taste of tomacco, but because of how addictive it is, they keep eating it. When the plants started sprouting fruits, the family initially assumed they were just regular tomatoes until Bart bit into one (and later became addicted to them). On the outside, the fruits look like regular tomatoes but the inside of it is brown, flaky tobacco—this was what made the family realize that the tomato seeds must have somehow crossbred with the tobacco seeds.
