Valtor Blackwood

Valtor is known to be a powerful necromancer and dark mage who is always seeking to expand his knowledge of magic. He has a reputation for being ruthless and ambitious, and many believe that he would stop at nothing to obtain a powerful magical artifact like The Dark Tome. He has been seen around the Bibsalha library on several occasions, leading some to believe that he may have taken out the book for his own purposes.
