On an official front the Empire denies having such an organization, but most have heard the rumors. Some of the more popular rumors about them include stealing power artifacts, men in black suits, kidnapping, mind control, containment of extremely dangerous supernatural creatures, killing sick people in Shivershire, illegal research at sanctuary island and infiltration into all other organizations including their own Imperial government. Most of your common everyday conspiracies can one way or another be traced back to the ISO. Due to their denial of existence, rumors and secrecy it makes it difficult to know what is really true about the ISO. It is said that they do not all work together as one unit but instead are divided up into different divisions that keep their information from one another. Each division being controlled by XXXXXXXXXXXXX each with a different goal within that one division. These XXXXXXXXXXX report back to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX answer only to XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Kalib XXXXXXXXXX is currently one of the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX for the ISO XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. He is in charge of making sure that the XXXXXXXXXX program involving XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX continues to make progress at XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX along with the other secret sites. If any problems should arise from this program, it's his responsibility to make sure the problem XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX no matter what the problem should be. There are some rumors beginning to circulate that he is also working on XXXXXXXXXXXXXX and is known for attending the illegal blood sport called XXXXX. Each division working alone from one another, with only XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX knowing all of the division and what each division does. Most times the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX are unaware of what the others are truly working on. Almost all XXXXXXXXXXXXX have been recruited as children undergoing the most extreme training, conditioning and education at early years. These are children that have one way, or another demonstrated XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and have no families or relatives. They simply disappear one day from the orphanage or the streets to never be seen again. Any and all XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX being destroyed and ensuring they have XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX within the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. What makes the ISO so scary is they do not exist, they are above the law, answer only to XXXXXXXXX, can kill and torture anyone at any time with no consequences. They only deal in XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, things that no one should ever know about and if someone does learn, then they too will simply disappear. Not even the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is allowed to interfere in any way with the ISO, they do as they wish as long as they are making progress within XXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Not all divisions are known but so far there has been involvement involving XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
