Kovarian Paladin

These famous Paladins from the Kovarian Empire are fierce warriors on the battlefield are to never be underestimated. More zealot warrior than any sort of peaceful healer by any means. They are the first ones into battle for the Sun Goddess and will happily destroy anything that stands in the way of the church. It is there one true calling in life to either destroy or to die within the service of the church, there is no greater glory or honor for them.
Never wearing any armor, they view others that wear armor as weak and have no respect for them. It’s common knowledge that these holy warriors take great pride in their scars and almost seek out to earn new ones. Almost always in a serious and dire mood, having no sense of humor whatsoever. Everything they do is to serve the Sun Goddess and always taken with a grim seriousness that sets them apart from any other known paladins.
The church will always send their paladins into battle first, they are the shock troopers that set the stage for any and all fights for the church. Using a combination of divine magic, dual wielding battle axes along with their fanatical levels of blood lust makes them extremely devastating during battle. Known for having high tolerance for pain, they welcome the pain as it fuels their fighting style. They are quick to anger, ill-tempered and best to avoid when you see one. Kovarian paladins are holy berserkers that are even feared by the Imperial military soldiers.
For these paladins, the greatest pleasure known is to fight for the Sun Goddess and they have been placed upon this world to slay all that would dare stand in the way of the almighty Goddess. When they are killed in action, the church makes sure that the immediate family members are well taken care of. These holy avengers never rest, never take time off and are constantly seeking any opportunity to further the cause of the church. Even when grievously wounded they will continue to fight without thought or care to themselves only wishing to smite the enemies of the church at any cost.
