Viessa is one of the Visio Aeternae espionage agents that are blending in with the other races while keeping her lineage top secret. Besides being an active spy for the Vampyre she also is the one in charge of ensuring the blood smuggler operation continues going unnoticed.
Her husband was killed in a battle with the Grimfangs a few hundred years ago, after this happened, she started to feel less at home around her own kind. This led to her to slowly withdraw but her brother, being one of the Visio Aeternae spies, recruited her thinking it would be good for her to be away from home. She was a natural when it came to playing hide and seek, her quiet personality and her inquisitive mind made her a prime candidate for espionage, so she had little trouble with her new responsibilities. Not a day goes by that Viessa does not think of her husband and his death could have been prevented if the vampires had known about the ambush in time. This drives her even more to make sure more loved ones are not lost in the war against their enemies in this new strange world. She strongly believes that the more information she can supply to the Visio Aeternae the more lives that can be saved so that her clanmates never need to feel the suffering that she endures with the loss of her husband.
Her personality is always suspicious of anyone or anything she does not already know. She dislikes secrets, going out of her way to uncover the secret to make sure it's not harmful to her or her vampiric brethren. She has very little patience for liars, cheats or those that misuse others merely for selfish personal gain. She is serious most of the time, always working on her assignment and never letting up due to her strong beliefs in what she is doing. She tends to be quiet by nature, talking in low tones and preferring to listen then talking. For those that personally know her, they will tell you that she is very open, dependable, a true friend when you need one, more giving than receiving, having a sense of humor and does enjoy puzzles as a hobby of hers.
Viessa's current assignment has been to establish a reliable source of fresh red blood to be smuggled into this region, as always making sure others are never aware of anything vampire related. Most vampires are against feeding from other races as it violates their freedom, instead most vampires are now using their advanced medical knowledge to build and operate blood farms. As the Visio Aeternae are still in the beginning stages of setting up a base of operations inside of the regions, the blood supply is of high importance for the success of this setup. To ensure her success, Viessa is using both the Shadow Organization and the Black Moon Syndicate. Neither knowing of the other, she makes sure the shipments come in at two different times each week at different locations. One being the docks of Echo Bay and the other being Shipwreck Cove but always at nighttime on the darkest of nights.
As she has spent such time around other races, she is less xenophobic than other vampires. She will not admit it but sometimes late at night she hides in the shadows up on the roof tops of different taverns listening to the many wonderful stories that the other races love telling when drinking at taverns. Her guilty pleasures of being a gossip voyeur is one of her secret pleasures of being out among the other races.
