Kartek is a young travelling potions merchant originally from Prasodd. She travels to locations all over the world, selling potions and elixirs, remedies of all sorts to customers of every budget.
She travels in a sturdy wooden cart pulled by a pair of large, dangerous-looking birds called Axebeaks.
She refers to her travelling operation as "Solution by Solution"
