Grand Magistrate of Argate. He is distantly related to Baroness Ysmyra Silvertouch and is often seen at the Baroness' court, even though his duties are usually conducted elsewhere. There have been rumors that the Grand Magistrate is more interested in court life than his judicial responsibilities, and in particular the balls and the young ladies who are new at the court.
