Arcadium of Quara

The school of magic that resides in the Tower of the Fey in Quara. The Arcadium was founded by the first Emperor of Kyrnia, Simimar Kyrn, not long after he became Emperor. He sought to create a place of learning that the would attract the best and brightest to study, learn and be ready to defend the realm if the Fallen ever did return. After a few dozen years, he expanded the Arcadium system so that other towns and cities might benefit from the training of mages in their locales.
