Archpriest

The Archpriest of the Children of the Light is the highest rank in the order. The Archpriest, or priestess is headquartered at the Temple of the Light in Quara. This person also sits on the Empress' council and advises the Empress of on many matters, not just those of the Temple.
The Archpriest serves for 12 years, an dis chosen from among the High Priests and Priestesses of the Children when an opening occurs. Traditionally, the cleric chosen is not dedicated to the same Risen as the former Archpriest, but that has been overlooked in the past when a particularly strong candidate is available.
