Chaconc

The capital of the Kingdom of Neer that sits in the delta of the Charunh River. 
The city consists of two parts, the outer city which sits between the outer walls and the walls of the Sacred City which lies within the center of the city.  The outer city contains most of the populations, with the Sacred City reserved for the royal family and the priests of the many temples that make up most of the sacred City.
