Er Blackgust

The baron of Nazin, and Admiral of the Imperial Fleet stationed at Harhiz.
Blackgust is disappointed that the Empress Sorsasta Quiris has had him hold off on raiding the Banary Isles and finding and destroying the pirates that he knows hide there.  he hopes that with each pirate that he captures some solid evidence will be discovered that the Empress can no longer ignore, and he may then raid the pirate strongholds.
