Festival of the Flame

Mixrasa of the Golden Scale, fought alongside the first emperor against the fallen, helped to banish them from the land. Responsible for the Dragonborn rise to prominence and their prestigious place in society, they are remembered every year during the Festival of the Flame. The dragonborn come from all corners of Atsixia to celebrate together, regardless of ancestral lineage. A large effigy of Mixrasa is constructed by one of the lineages (alternating every year). And it is a huge matter of pride to build the grandest, most extravagant of all effigies. At the end of the festival, the effigy is cast into the great volcano Aisji as an offering to their ancestors and to bring power and strength to the Dragonborn.
