Gaguled

A large village in the north west of the county of Sigkan, Gaguled is famous for its archers. The archers of Gaguled participated in a battle against a Hobgoblin warlord two hundred years ago, in which the Hobgoblin army of 5000 warriors, advancing on the archers position, did not get close enough to the lines to even threaten the elven archers. Two thousand Hobgoblins fell before they broke and retreated before the five hundred archers of Gaguled as recounted in the epic tale "Five Hundred Strings".   The village continues the tradition of training its children in the ways of archery, and shooting a bow has become second nature to everyone who lives in these woods.
