Grine

A small city in southern Sigkan, Grine is having problems with its growing population. The city has doubled in size over the last several years due to an unnatural birth rate amongst elves. The local Lords are not quite sure what to make of it, and it is putting a strain on the city as construction of new living spaces, and the expansion of older homes has started a construction boom.
Some people think the trouble started about ten years ago, when a sorceress, whose children were quite loud and unruly was upset about her neighbors complaining about the disturbance her children made, cursed them by saying "Wait until you have 5 kids, then you'll see!". This is only a rumor spread by some people, but most families in town now have five or more children.
