Nulbil

The great city of Nulbil sits where the Brocimor River flows into the Bay of Granrinh. The city has a large keep that houses an appropriately large garrison, and the city is surrounded by strong, high walls. large parts of the city are barracks for the ten thousand troops that are here when not on a military campaign.  The harbor is filled with naval vessels, both ships of the line, and transports to move the army where it needs to be.
