Rindell Cheese

A hard cheese made in Twarats in the town of Brid. It travels well, and lasts a long time, except in high heat, as it has a low melting point.
It is often carried by travelers, and can be eaten just be removing the rind, or it can be melted on bread, or in a pot for dipping.
